The "KOA PS-600" is a high-speed 3D transfer robot developed by our company, which conducts press processing in-house, designed for detachable press processing. It solves challenges such as difficulties in processing with progressive dies and high labor costs with single-stroke processing. When not in use, single-stroke and progressive processing can be performed on the same press machine. 【Features】 ■ Compared to progressive processing, it allows for mold design with the minimum material width required for product blanks to be ejected, thereby minimizing scrap and improving material yield. ■ By arranging single-stroke molds in a row, processing via automatic transport is possible. ■ We propose various transport methods even for product shapes and processing methods that cannot be handled by conventional transfer systems. ■ Using external input/output functions, it is possible to connect (control) with external devices and equipment such as level feeders, parts feeders, and air cylinders. *For more details, please contact us or view the PDF download.
